Healthy Eating Active Living Cities Campaign Seminars

The League of California Cities and CCS Partnership have joined the California Center for Public Health Advocacy in a campaign to help cities adopt policies which promote healthy active lifestyles. The HEAL Cities Campaign is hosting a series of free seminars for Mayors, Council Members, City Managers and Planning, HR, RDA Directors about the role cities play in providing staff, residents and visitors options for leading healthy active lives. Seating is limited so please register today. 

 

The seminars will be held:

 

  • Sept. 24 –Stockton (Dinner). Modesto Mayor Jim Ridenour of Modesto, Stockton Council Member Susan Eggman, and Lodi City Manager Blair King invite you to join them in the Stockton Arena on from 4:30 – 8 p.m. Please RSVP by Sept. 16 to Marie Quilenderino or Wanda Mullin, San Joaquin County Public Health Services, (209) 468-3412, or RSVP online 
  • Sept. 30 – Davis (Dinner).   • Nov. 6 – Mountain View (Breakfast).
